Purity hides all Sponsored Posts in the Facebook Newsfeed<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Changes in F.B. Purity v34.5.0<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fixed<\/strong> the automatic hiding of <strong>Sponsored Posts\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixed<\/strong> the H<strong>ide<\/strong> &#8220;<strong>Shortcuts Section<\/strong>&#8221; Left Column Link option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6rlu6\" data-offset-key=\"bfb3-0-0\">\n<p class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bfb3-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bfb3-0-0\">This <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"bfb3-1-0\">release<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"bfb3-2-0\"> fixes the automatic hiding of Sponsored Posts in the Newsfeed if you have the hide &#8220;Sponsored Box \/ Posts&#8221; option turned on, which it is by default when you first install FBP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4o99p-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4o99p-0-0\">As the Hide Sponsored Posts option is fixed, you shouldn&#8217;t have to use the &#8220;Zap the ads&#8221; function any more, but I have kept the Zap functionality, in case Facebook change something,\u00a0 as it should still work in theory as a backup method for hiding the ads if they come back again.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6rlu6\" data-offset-key=\"b7l9p-0-0\">\n<p class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"b7l9p-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b7l9p-0-0\">This release also fixes the H<strong>ide<\/strong> &#8220;<strong>Shortcuts Section<\/strong>&#8221; left column link option, so if you suddenly notice your shortcuts section has gone missing, it just means you must have ticked the hide option for it at some point in the past.
