F.B. Purity Update v4.0.0 – Fixed intermittent bug with apps/extra filters + more. Happy Holidays!

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all the F.B Purity supporters out there, especially those few kind people who have donated to the cause, thanks also to those who have helped spread the word about FBP over the last year or so.
Its been a tough year for FBP, what with all the changes FB keep making to the interface, and also the trauma of the previous FB Purity page deletion, and threats of legal action from Facebook.

I’ve updated F.B. Purity, the Facebook homepage cleaning, browser extension / GM Script for Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera.

Changes:

• Fixed intermittent app/extra filter bug
• Fixed the playing of youtube videos when toggling show/hide apps/extras
• The hide sponsored box option now hides even more ads
• Fixed bug with “started using app” previously it didnt check if app was in whitelist
• Added seesmic to default application whitelist
